Every book starts with a question.
Lately, I've found myself wondering how many opportunities we lose before anyone else has the chance to tell us no. We talk ourselves out of applying, asking, creating, speaking, or trying, not because we've been rejected, but because we've already rejected ourselves.
That's the idea behind my next nonfiction project, Stop Saying No for Them.
It's still in development, but this is one of the projects I'm most excited about. Through psychology, personal stories, and research, I'll be exploring why we hold ourselves back and how we can stop making decisions that were never ours to make.
As the manuscript grows, I'll be sharing updates, behind-the-scenes progress, and milestones here.
Because the worst "no" you'll ever hear may be the one you gave yourself.
